The North American Solar Car Rayce Just finished with a 45 second difference between U of M's Momentum and U of MN's Borealis III Once the penalties are assesed and the other racers finish an annoucement will appear. This has been the closest finish in the History of the Rayce in past years the top two cars have always been separated by an hour. Both top teams beat 2001's 56 hr finish and this course was 200 miles longer. Awesome cars. Amazing Teams. Superb Planning. Superb Strategies. Masterful Response to unexpected challenges (55 page rebuttal to 40 minutes of accidentally applied penalties)
